About Allmake Appliance
Founded in 1983 by Neil Ott, AllMake Appliance Repair has been a trusted name in appliance servicing for decades. Originally run from Neil’s home, with his mother handling scheduling, the business built a strong reputation for reliable and expert repairs.
In 2015, I joined the company after moving from France, bringing years of experience as an appliance technician. I graduated from Faculté DeVry in Paris and spent nine years working with Darty, one of France’s largest appliance dealers. In 2019, I took over the business, continuing its legacy of quality service.
Today, AllMake Appliance Repair operates from Elgin, but our dedicated team remains the same. Neil Ott is still an integral part of the company, serving as our senior technician and advisor for complex repairs. We remain committed to providing expert appliance repair with the same trusted service our customers have relied on for over 40 years.
